This Lishen cylindrical lithium titanate cell is specified at 2.35V and 28Ah, providing approximately 65.8Wh of calculated nominal energy. Its datasheet combines low internal resistance, high maximum C-rate values, broad temperature capability and a 25,000-cycle headline rating. The cell is supplied as an industrial component and requires qualified pack engineering, protection, electrical connections and thermal validation.
A nominal voltage of 2.35V and nominal capacity of 28Ah provide approximately 65.8Wh per cell. The lithium titanate platform can be arranged in series and parallel configurations to meet custom system voltage and capacity targets, with every series group monitored and controlled by a compatible battery management system.
The datasheet lists a maximum charging current of 25C and a charging upper limit of 2.8V. Because no duration, thermal condition or duty cycle accompanies the 25C value, it should not be presented as an unrestricted continuous rating. Charge current must be validated for temperature, SOC and the complete pack design.
Maximum discharge current is listed at 70C, with a 1.5V discharge cut-off voltage. The source does not define how long the 70C load may be applied, so it must remain a qualified maximum rather than a continuous or pulse claim. Busbars, terminals, fusing and thermal controls require application-specific validation.
Internal resistance is specified at no more than 1mΩ. This supports the cell’s high-power positioning when connections and thermal conditions are properly controlled. Low-resistance terminal interfaces, correctly torqued M8 hardware, balanced current paths and temperature sensing are important for limiting voltage drop and uneven heating inside a multi-cell module.
Charging and discharging ambient temperatures are both listed from -40°C to 60°C. Short-term storage is specified from -20°C to 45°C for up to one month, while long-term storage is limited to -20°C to 20°C for up to one year. Storage humidity should remain below 70%.
The aluminum-shell cell measures 60mm in diameter and 170mm high including the terminals, with a specified weight of 1.1kg. Its large cylindrical body and threaded terminal arrangement support modular assembly, but the enclosure must provide reliable restraint, terminal clearance, insulation, spacing and resistance to vibration and mechanical loads.
Custom battery pack applications: Potential uses include high-power energy storage, industrial backup power, regenerative equipment, specialized mobility and short-duration UPS systems. Misenpower supplies cells and supports custom pack integration with a compatible LTO BMS, fuses, engineered terminal interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, cell spacing, thermal management and mechanical restraint. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided for the applicable product and shipment after the required scope is confirmed.
