The Misenpower CGC60138EA is a 2.45V 30Ah cylindrical lithium titanate cell developed for fast charging, high-power output and extended cycle life. It provides approximately 73.5Wh of nominal energy, a 300A maximum discharge current and a defined 480A thirty-second peak rating. Its wide operating-temperature range and threaded aluminum-shell construction support professionally engineered power, backup and energy-storage battery systems.
The cell provides 30Ah rated capacity under the specified 1C discharge test at 25±5°C. Combined with its 2.45V nominal voltage, this equals approximately 73.5Wh of calculated single-cell energy. The large 60138 format supports modular battery systems requiring high power, rapid energy recovery and durable daily cycling.
A maximum discharge current of 10C, equivalent to 300A, supports high-power battery applications when voltage drop and temperature remain controlled. For brief power demands, the specification permits 16C, or 480A, for 30 seconds at 25±5°C. Pack-level testing must confirm busbar, fuse, BMS and cooling requirements.
Standard charging uses a 1C CC/CV profile to 2.8V and requires approximately one hour. The cell supports a 3C maximum charge current and a defined 10C peak charge for 30 seconds at 25±5°C. Accurate voltage control, temperature sensing and current-capable pack connections are essential for fast-charge operation.
Charging and discharging are specified from -40°C to 55°C. Under the documented discharge tests, capacity reaches at least 90% at -20°C and 85% at -40°C using a 1C discharge rate. Low-temperature charging tests show at least 90% at -20°C and 60% at -40°C under the stated 0.5C procedure.
Cycle life is specified at no fewer than 12,000 cycles when operated at 80% depth of discharge and no fewer than 7,000 cycles at 100% depth of discharge. Testing continues until capacity declines to 80% of rated capacity. Actual service life depends on temperature, current, SOC window and pack balancing.
The 60138 cylindrical cell uses an aluminum shell and M12×1.75 threaded terminal posts. Its body measures 60±0.2mm in diameter and 138.6±0.5mm in height, excluding the terminal posts. Pack designers must validate busbar material, tightening torque, insulation, contact resistance, vibration resistance and mechanical restraint before production.
Custom battery pack applications: Suitable applications include regenerative power systems, cold-climate energy storage, industrial starting power, UPS and communication backup, automated equipment, electric mobility and other high-power battery modules subject to engineering validation. MisenBattery supplies Misenpower cells and supports custom pack integration with an appropriate BMS, fuse, insulated busbars, voltage and temperature sensing, cell spacing, mechanical restraint and thermal design. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided when available for the applicable cell, pack and shipment; the supplied specification does not identify certificate numbers.
