The Misenpower 32700 is a rechargeable lithium iron phosphate cell rated at 3.2V and 6.0Ah. It combines approximately 19.2Wh of nominal energy with an 18A maximum continuous discharge current, a 30A ten-second pulse rating and documented 2200-cycle performance. Its large cylindrical construction is suitable for professionally engineered power and energy-storage modules requiring stable output, long service life and integrated electrical, thermal and mechanical protection.
The cell provides 6.0Ah nominal capacity under the specified 1C discharge test. Combined with its 3.2V nominal voltage, this equals approximately 19.2Wh of calculated single-cell energy. Its LiFePO4 chemistry and stable voltage profile support modular battery systems requiring predictable energy delivery and flexible series-parallel configuration.
The specification lists an energy density of 145Wh/kg with a bare-cell weight of 137±5g. Its 32.2mm diameter and 70.5mm height provide substantial capacity in a robust cylindrical format. Designers should use the documented maximum dimensions when selecting holders, insulation, busbars and mechanical support.
The cell supports a maximum continuous discharge current of 18A, equivalent to 3C based on its 6.0Ah capacity. For short load peaks, the specification permits up to 30A for ten seconds. Pack testing should verify voltage sag, temperature rise, conductor sizing and recovery behavior under the application's actual load profile.
Standard charging uses a 1C CC/CV profile to 3.65V with a 0.3A termination current. A 1.5C quick-charge option is also specified. High-rate charging requires accurate voltage control, cell matching, temperature sensing and validation of the charger, BMS, interconnects and thermal system under the intended operating conditions.
Discharge operation is specified from -30°C to 60°C, with an optimum range of 15°C to 40°C. Under the documented -30°C low-temperature test, the cell must provide at least 60% of nominal capacity at 1C. System designers should derate available capacity and current according to actual cell temperature.
The documented cycle test covers 2200 cycles at 25°C using 1C charging, 1C discharging and 100% depth of discharge, with remaining capacity above 80%. Actual pack life depends on operating temperature, charge rate, discharge demand, balancing accuracy, storage conditions and the usable state-of-charge window selected by the system designer.
Custom battery pack applications: Suitable applications include portable energy storage, residential and commercial energy storage, communication backup power, electric two-wheelers, electric tricycles, logistics vehicles and other power systems subject to engineering validation. MisenBattery supplies Misenpower cells and supports custom pack integration with a compatible BMS, fuse, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, cell insulation, spacing, mechanical restraint and thermal design. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided when available for the applicable cell, pack and shipment; the supplied specification does not identify certificate numbers.
