The Misenpower LiFePO4-32800-7.5Ah is a large-format cylindrical lithium iron phosphate cell rated at 3.2V and 7.5Ah. It combines approximately 24Wh of nominal energy with a verified 7.5A continuous discharge limit, a 22.5A five-second pulse rating and documented 2000-cycle performance. The cell is intended for professionally engineered battery modules requiring stable voltage, long service life and integrated electrical, thermal and mechanical protection.
The cell provides 7.5Ah nominal capacity at the specified 1C discharge rate. Combined with its 3.2V nominal voltage, this produces approximately 24Wh of calculated single-cell energy. The capacity and stable LiFePO4 voltage profile support modular battery systems requiring predictable energy delivery and straightforward series-parallel configuration.
Its 32.2mm diameter, 80.5mm height and approximately 163g bare-cell weight place more capacity in each cylindrical unit than common 18650 or 21700 formats. Pack designers should use the documented maximum dimensions when specifying holders, insulation, welded connections, clearances and mechanical support for production assemblies.
A maximum continuous discharge current of 7.5A supports moderate-current power and energy-storage duties. For brief load peaks, the specification allows up to 22.5A for five seconds. Pack validation must confirm voltage drop, temperature rise, conductor sizing and recovery time under the application's actual continuous and transient load profile.
Standard charging uses a 1C CC/CV profile to 3.65V, while the nominal table lists a maximum continuous 3C CC/CV charging option. Because fast charging increases the importance of cell matching and temperature control, the charger, BMS and thermal system must be validated for the selected operating conditions.
The datasheet lists 6.5mΩ nominal AC impedance at 1000Hz, with an acceptance criterion of no more than 8mΩ after standard charging. Discharge operation is specified from -20°C to 60°C, while measured capacity at -20°C must remain at least 70% of initial capacity under the stated 1C test procedure.
The documented cycle test specifies at least 2000 cycles at 1C charge, 1C discharge and 100% depth of discharge, with capacity retention of at least 80%. Actual pack service life will vary with temperature, charge rate, discharge demand, storage conditions, balancing accuracy and the system's usable state-of-charge window.
Custom battery pack applications: Suitable applications include energy-storage modules, UPS and communication backup systems, starting-power supplies and selected electric-mobility battery systems subject to complete engineering validation. MisenBattery supplies Misenpower cells and supports custom pack integration with a compatible BMS, fuse, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, cell insulation, spacing, mechanical restraint and thermal design. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided when available for the applicable cell, pack and shipment; the supplied specification does not identify certificate numbers.
