The Misenpower IFR32140 is a large cylindrical lithium iron phosphate cell rated at 3.2V and 15Ah. It combines approximately 48Wh of nominal energy with a verified 45A maximum continuous discharge current and documented 3000-cycle performance. Its low impedance, high energy density and wide operating-temperature range support professionally engineered power and energy-storage modules requiring reliable electrical, thermal and mechanical management.
The IFR32140 provides 15000mAh nominal capacity and 14000mAh minimum capacity. Combined with its 3.2V nominal voltage, the cell offers approximately 48Wh of calculated energy. This large single-cell capacity reduces the number of parallel cells required in selected battery configurations while supporting practical series-parallel pack design.
The cell measures Ø33.2±0.2 × 140±0.2mm and weighs 295±5g. The specification lists mass energy density of at least 160Wh/kg and volumetric energy density of at least 360Wh/L. Pack designers should verify production dimensions when selecting holders, insulation, welded connections and mechanical supports.
A maximum continuous discharge current of 45A, equivalent to 3C, supports demanding power applications when the cell remains within its electrical and thermal limits. At room temperature, the documented discharge-capacity retention is at least 98% at 2C and 96% at 3C under the specified test conditions.
Standard charging uses a 7.5A CC/CV profile to 3.65V with a 0.75A cutoff current. Up to 30A charging is listed only between 20°C and 30°C. Accurate cell-temperature sensing, current control, balancing and pack-level validation are essential before applying this temperature-dependent maximum charge rate.
AC impedance is specified at no more than 3mΩ. Discharge operation is permitted from -20°C to 60°C, with measured capacity reaching at least 70% of nominal capacity at -20°C and at least 95% at 55°C. Available energy and current capability should still be derated according to actual cell temperature.
The documented cycle-life test specifies 3000 cycles with at least 80% of initial capacity remaining. Testing is performed at 25±2°C using 7.5A CC/CV charging to 3.65V with a 0.75A cutoff, followed by 7.5A discharging to 2.5V. Actual pack life varies with operating conditions.
Custom battery pack applications: Suitable applications include electric mobility systems, industrial equipment, portable power stations, residential and commercial energy storage, communication backup power and other high-capacity battery modules subject to engineering validation. MisenBattery supplies Misenpower cells and supports custom pack integration with a compatible BMS, fuse, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, spacing, mechanical restraint and thermal design. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided when available for the applicable cell, pack and shipment; the supplied specification does not identify certificate numbers.
