The Yinlong 2.3V 30Ah prismatic LTO cell is designed for professionally engineered high-power and fast-charge battery systems. It combines approximately 69Wh of nominal energy with a compact hard-case structure, broad operating-temperature range and a published cycle-life figure exceeding 20,000 cycles. The cell is intended for protected modules and battery packs rather than standalone consumer use.
With 30Ah nominal capacity at 2.3V, the cell stores approximately 69Wh of nominal energy. Capacity is specified at 0.2C and 25°C. The LMO/LTO material system uses a 2.9V charge cut-off and 1.5V discharge cut-off, requiring battery-management settings designed specifically for this voltage platform.
The cell measures 173 × 97 × 28mm and weighs approximately 1.01kg. Its slim prismatic hard-case format supports space-efficient module layouts where cylindrical cells may not fit. Pack tooling must accommodate dimensional tolerances, terminal clearance, electrical insulation, cell compression requirements and suitable mechanical protection.
The specification lists 300A for charging and discharging, corresponding to 10C on the 30Ah capacity basis. However, no duration or continuous-current condition is supplied. Battery-pack designers must validate busbars, terminals, fusing, contact resistance, cell temperature and duty cycle before applying this upper current value.
The 10C maximum charge rating supports development of high-rate charging systems when combined with appropriate controls. Charging must stop at 2.9V and remain within validated temperature, SOC and thermal limits. The supplied one-page specification does not provide a detailed CC-CV profile, so the final charging strategy requires project-level confirmation.
The published operating-temperature range extends from -50°C to 65°C, supporting battery development for cold climates and changing outdoor environments. The specification does not separate charge and discharge temperature limits or provide current derating curves. Pack controls should therefore apply temperature sensing and application-specific current limits.
Cycle life is specified at no fewer than 20,000 cycles when tested at 0.2C and 25°C. Because the datasheet does not state depth of discharge or the end-of-life capacity threshold, this figure should be used as a published reference rather than an unconditional service-life guarantee.
Custom battery pack applications: Misenpower supplies Yinlong LTO cells and supports custom integration for electric and hybrid vehicles, forklifts, special-purpose vehicles, photovoltaic and wind-energy storage, telecom base stations, UPS and energy-storage stations. Every pack requires an LTO-compatible BMS, correctly rated fuse, engineered busbars or welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, cell spacing or compression, mechanical restraint and thermal design. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided for the applicable product and shipment; confirm document scope before ordering.
