The EVE IFR33140 C33 is a 3.2V cylindrical LiFePO4 cell designed for professionally engineered battery systems. It combines 15Ah minimum capacity, a 45A 10-second discharge rating, low internal resistance and documented cycle performance. Its 33140 format suits custom packs that need a balance of energy capacity, short-duration power delivery, temperature tolerance and durable lithium iron phosphate chemistry.
The cell has a nominal voltage of 3.2V, average capacity of 15500mAh and guaranteed minimum capacity of 15000mAh. Based on its average capacity, nominal energy is approximately 49.6Wh. Capacity is measured at 0.33C between the specified 3.65V charge voltage and 2.5V discharge cut-off.
The coated cell measures 33.3 ± 0.2mm in diameter and 141.0 ± 0.5mm in total height, including its terminals. Weight is 267 ± 6g, while shoulder height excluding the terminal projection is 136.36 ± 0.25mm. These tolerances should be incorporated into holder, busbar and enclosure designs.
Standard discharge is specified at 15A or 1C. For short power demands, the datasheet permits a maximum discharge current of 45A or 3C for 10 seconds. This 10-second value is not a continuous rating, so pack current limits and duty cycles must be configured accordingly.
Standard charging uses 7.5A constant current until the cell reaches 3.65V, followed by constant-voltage charging to a 750mA cut-off. Although 30A for 10 seconds appears as the maximum charge-current limit, the operating instructions advise against charging above 15A. Accelerated charging requires engineering validation and consultation with EVE.
AC resistance is limited to 3mΩ at 1kHz, 25°C and 30% SOC, while DC resistance is limited to 8mΩ under the specified 2C, 30-second test. The cell supports discharge from -20°C to 60°C and retains at least 70% of calibrated capacity during the defined -20°C, 1C test.
At 25°C and 100% depth of discharge, the C33 retains at least 80% of initial capacity after 2000 cycles using 0.5C charging and 1C discharging. At 45°C under corresponding test conditions, it retains at least 70% after 1000 cycles. Real service life varies with temperature, current and operating window.
Custom battery pack applications: Misenpower supplies EVE cells and supports custom pack integration for stationary energy storage, industrial equipment, backup power and professionally engineered mobility systems. Each pack requires a compatible BMS, correctly rated fuse, welded or manufacturer-approved interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, cell spacing, mechanical restraint and suitable thermal design. Direct soldering onto the cell is prohibited. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided for the applicable product and shipment; confirm document scope before ordering.
