The Xiaolu LFP32140-15000 is a rechargeable 3.2V 15Ah cylindrical LiFePO4 cell designed for battery-pack integration. It combines 48Wh rated energy, up to 45A continuous discharge and multiple documented cycle-life profiles. Its 32140-class construction is suitable for engineered energy-storage, backup-power, industrial-equipment and mobility battery systems requiring controlled charging, thermal management and pack-level protection.
The cell provides 15000mAh rated capacity and 48.0Wh rated energy when discharged at 0.5C to the specified 2.0V cut-off. At 1C, 2C and 3C discharge rates, the datasheet specifies at least 14700mAh, supporting pack designs that require usable capacity across several operating-power levels.
With a specified diameter of 33.20±0.20mm, height of 140±0.3mm and weight of 295±10g, the cylindrical format supports repeatable mechanical arrangement in custom modules. The positive-terminal face and cell side are covered with insulating material, while final spacing, holders and interconnections must be engineered for the target pack.
A maximum continuous discharge current of 45A, equivalent to 3C, supports higher-power battery configurations without presenting this value as an undefined pulse rating. Pack designers must maintain the 2.0V per-cell discharge cut-off and account for busbar resistance, temperature rise, cell matching and current sharing across parallel groups.
Standard charging uses a 7.5A constant current followed by a 3.65V constant-voltage stage, ending when current falls to 150mA. The specified maximum continuous charging current is 15A. A correctly configured LiFePO4 charger and BMS are required to control cell voltage, charging current and charging temperature.
Initial AC impedance is specified at no more than 3mΩ using a four-wire 1kHz measurement. The datasheet also reports at least 75% capacity at -10±3°C and at least 99% at 55±3°C under defined 1C discharge testing, helping engineers evaluate temperature-sensitive performance without extending those results beyond the stated conditions.
Under the manufacturer’s 25±2°C test conditions, the cell retains at least 80% capacity after 2,500 cycles with 0.5C charging and 1C discharging. A separate 1C charge and 2C discharge profile specifies at least 80% capacity after 1,200 cycles. Actual pack life depends on temperature, depth of discharge and control strategy.
Custom battery pack applications: MisenBattery supplies Xiaolu LFP32140-15000 cells and supports custom integration for energy-storage systems, backup power, AGVs, industrial equipment and low-speed mobility projects. Every pack requires an application-specific BMS, fuse protection, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, electrical insulation, suitable cell spacing, and appropriate thermal and mechanical design. This is a bare rechargeable cell rather than a protected battery pack. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided where applicable to the selected product, configuration and shipment.
