The HUAXING 32700-6000mAh is a 3.2V, 6Ah-class cylindrical LiFePO4 cell developed for high-temperature small-power and energy-storage systems. It combines approximately 19.2Wh of nominal energy with verified 55°C and 70°C cycle tests, cell-level current capability and multiple terminal options. Typical applications include electric mobility, AGVs, electric cleaning equipment, forklifts and industrial or commercial energy-storage packs.
This HUAXING variant is specifically identified as the high-temperature small-power and energy-storage version. Its 3.2V LiFePO4 platform, pressure-resistant nickel-plated steel housing, stable output voltage and source-defined high-temperature tests support professionally engineered battery systems that encounter elevated ambient or operating temperatures.
At 55 ± 2°C, the manufacturer specifies 1C CC/CV charging and 1C discharge with ten-minute rest periods. Under this procedure, the A+ version reaches 1,500 cycles and the A version reaches 1,300 cycles while meeting the ≥80% remaining-capacity criterion.
The datasheet documents 1,000 cycles at 70 ± 2°C using 1C CC/CV charging, 1C discharge to 2.0V and ten-minute rest periods. The acceptance requirement is ≥80% capacity retention. This is a controlled cell test and should not be treated as an unrestricted pack operating-temperature rating.
HUAXING specifies up to 18A continuous charge or discharge for an individual cell and a maximum 60A discharge pulse lasting three seconds. A separate room-temperature 6C discharge test retains at least 95% of initial capacity, but this test value is not defined as the continuous pack-current limit.
At normal test temperature and 100% depth of discharge, A+ cells are specified for 2,500 cycles and A cells for 2,000 cycles at 1C. Under the more demanding 3C cycle procedure, the respective values are 1,100 and 1,000 cycles, with ≥80% capacity retention required.
The cylindrical cell measures approximately 32.2 × 70.5mm before its PVC sleeve and weighs 142 ± 5g. Manufacturer drawings show flat-top, dual-screw and positive-screw/negative-stud versions, allowing the terminal configuration to be selected for the pack’s busbar, serviceability and mechanical-layout requirements.
Custom battery pack applications: MisenBattery supplies HUAXING cells and supports custom battery integration for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, low-speed vehicles, AGVs, electric floor-cleaning equipment, forklifts and industrial energy-storage systems. Each pack requires a LiFePO4-compatible BMS, correctly rated fuse, engineered or welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, cell spacing and suitable thermal and mechanical protection. The final current limit, temperature range and terminal connection must be validated at pack level. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided where applicable to the selected product and shipment.
