The HENGTAI 46135-25Ah is a 3.2V 25Ah rechargeable LiFePO4 cylindrical cell developed for energy-storage and high-power battery systems. Its full-tab architecture, aluminum housing and laser-welded construction provide a low-resistance current path within a compact Ø46 × 135mm format. Separate long-cycle and fast-charge versions allow pack designers to prioritize extended service life or charging performance.
The cell combines 3.2V nominal voltage with 25Ah nominal capacity, providing approximately 80Wh of nominal energy. With a weight of 500 ±20g, its calculated gravimetric energy density is approximately 160Wh/kg for space-conscious energy-storage and mobility modules.
The long-cycle version is designed for at least 4,000 cycles under 1C charge and 1C discharge operation at 25°C. End-of-life capacity is specified at no less than 80% of initial capacity under the stated cycle conditions.
A separate fast-charge version supports charging rates of up to 2C and is rated for at least 3,000 cycles at 25°C, ending with at least 80% remaining capacity. Its charging limits must not be applied automatically to the long-cycle version.
Internal resistance is specified at no more than 1.5mΩ, while discharge capability is listed at 1C or 2C. Early production samples reportedly measured approximately 0.92–1.10mΩ, but the guaranteed listing limit remains ≤1.5mΩ.
The full-tab current-collection structure shortens the electrical current path and helps distribute current more evenly. This architecture is designed to reduce localized current density, internal resistance and heat generation during charging and discharging when used within validated operating limits.
An aluminum cylindrical housing, dual-terminal configuration, dual safety vents and full laser-welded construction support mechanical stability and module integration. The cell operates across a −20°C to 60°C discharge range, while charging is specified from 0°C to 55°C.
Custom battery pack applications: The HENGTAI 46135-25Ah can support portable, residential and commercial energy storage, electric bicycles, motorcycles, tricycles, AGVs, robotics, power tools and other custom battery systems after application-specific validation. MisenBattery supplies cells and supports pack integration, including BMS selection, fuse protection, interconnect design, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, spacing, mechanical support and thermal management. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided where applicable to the selected product and shipment.
