The Godsend GSF46160M-22 is a large-format 3.2V 22Ah cylindrical LiFePO4 cell for professionally engineered battery systems. It combines approximately 70.4Wh of nominal energy with low impedance, high-rate discharge performance and documented cycle durability. Its dual-terminal 46160 construction is suitable for custom energy-storage, industrial-power and mobility battery packs with properly designed protection, interconnection and thermal-management systems.
With 22000mAh nominal capacity at a 0.5C discharge rate, the cell stores approximately 70.4Wh at its 3.2V nominal voltage. The LiFePO4 chemistry and clearly specified 3.65V charge limit support predictable series and parallel pack design for industrial energy and power applications.
The cell measures 45.8 ± 0.2mm in diameter with a 167 ± 1mm body height and 177 ± 1mm total height. Terminals extend approximately 5mm at each end, and net weight is 570 ± 10g. Pack tooling must accommodate these dimensional tolerances and terminal clearances.
Godsend specifies 110A maximum discharge and 220A instantaneous maximum discharge. Because the datasheet does not provide durations for either value, they should be treated as controlled upper limits rather than continuous ratings. The manufacturer’s rate test retains at least 90% relative capacity at a 5C discharge rate.
Standard charging uses 11A constant current to 3.65V, followed by constant-voltage charging until current falls to 0.44A or below. The specification also lists 22A rapid charging and a 44A maximum charge limit. Pack developers should confirm allowable duration, temperature and cycle-life conditions before using the maximum value.
Internal impedance is specified at no more than 3.0mΩ at 50% SOC. The permitted discharge-temperature range extends from -20°C to 60°C, while charging is limited to 0°C to 45°C. In the defined -20°C test, the cell delivers at least 60% of nominal capacity at 0.5C.
The specified cycle-life requirement is at least 1800 cycles before discharge capacity falls below 80% of nominal capacity. Testing uses continuous 0.5C charging and 0.5C discharging at standard room conditions. Actual pack life depends on temperature, depth of discharge, current profile, balancing and voltage-control accuracy.
Custom battery pack applications: Misenpower supplies cylindrical cells and supports custom integration for stationary energy storage, industrial equipment, backup power and professionally engineered mobility systems. Each pack requires a compatible BMS, correctly rated fuse, welded or manufacturer-approved interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, electrical insulation, cell spacing, mechanical restraint and suitable thermal design. Direct soldering onto the cell is prohibited. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided for the applicable product and shipment; confirm document scope before ordering.
