The Lanjing IFR40135 is a rechargeable large cylindrical lithium iron phosphate cell with a 3.2V nominal voltage, 20Ah nominal capacity and approximately 64Wh of energy. Its full-tab architecture, stacking process and low AC resistance support integration into mobile energy storage, robotics, power tools, light electric vehicles and backup-power systems. Final electrical limits must be confirmed from the complete manufacturer-controlled specification.
A 20Ah nominal capacity combined with the 3.2V nominal voltage provides approximately 64Wh of energy per cell. This large-cell capacity can reduce the number of parallel cells required in suitable modules, helping simplify electrical connections, sensing channels and mechanical assembly compared with packs built from smaller cylindrical cells.
The sleeved cell has a main-body diameter of 40.3±0.20mm, a body height of 135.2±0.30mm and an overall height of 137.1±0.30mm. These controlled dimensions support repeatable module layouts, but terminal geometry, vent clearance and production-batch tolerances should still be verified before tooling or structural design is finalized.
Lanjing identifies the IFR40135 as a full-tab cell produced with a stacking process. The architecture is intended to improve current collection and support uniform electrical performance across the large electrode assembly. Actual pack output still depends on cell matching, interconnect resistance, welding quality, thermal management and the manufacturer-approved operating window.
The manufacturer specification page lists AC internal resistance of no more than 1.8mΩ when measured at 1000Hz. Low resistance can help reduce voltage drop and heat generation under load. Pack-level resistance will also include the busbars, welds, terminals, fuse and wiring, so the completed assembly requires separate electrical and thermal validation.
Public product demonstrations report charging capability up to 2C, approximately 40A, and discharge capability up to 3C, approximately 60A. The associated SOC, temperature, voltage window and duration are not disclosed, and the 3C value is not identified as continuous or pulse. Confirm these limits before selecting chargers, fuses or BMS settings.
Manufacturer interviews report more than 4,000 cycles for the IFR40135 platform. Because the charge rate, discharge rate, depth of discharge, temperature, rest periods and remaining-capacity threshold are not included, this figure should remain a qualified reference rather than an unconditional service-life or warranty claim for every application.
Custom battery pack applications: The Lanjing IFR40135 may be evaluated for mobile energy storage, robotics, power tools, light electric vehicles and backup-power systems after its application limits are confirmed. Misenpower supplies battery cells and supports custom pack integration with a matched BMS, fuse protection, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, electrical insulation, cell spacing, vent clearance, cooling and mechanical restraint. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation must be verified for the applicable cell batch, shipment and completed battery pack.
