The Misen 32800 is a rechargeable lithium iron phosphate cylindrical cell developed for high-temperature small-power and energy-storage applications. It provides a 3.2V nominal voltage, at least 8.0Ah capacity and 25.6Wh of rated energy. The cell combines screw-terminal configuration options, low self-discharge, stable voltage output and defined high-current performance for professionally engineered mobility, backup-power and stationary battery systems.
The cell provides a nominal capacity of at least 8.0Ah when discharged at 1C and a rated energy of 25.6Wh. Its 3.2V LiFePO4 platform offers stable voltage delivery for modular battery configurations used in electric mobility, communication backup power and outdoor or commercial energy-storage systems.
An individual cell supports up to 24A continuous charging or discharging and a defined 48A pulse discharge for three seconds. For an assembled battery pack, continuous current should normally be limited to 1C unless the complete electrical, thermal and mechanical system has been validated for a higher operating rate.
Standard charging uses an 8A constant current to 3.65V, followed by constant-voltage charging until current falls below the specified termination level. The temperature-based charging limits must be programmed into the pack controller, with reduced current below 15°C and above 45°C to protect cell performance and service life.
The 32800 cell supports 1C discharge from -20°C to 60°C. Under the specified low-temperature test, discharge capacity remains at least 50% at -20°C, 70% at -10°C and 88% at 0°C. Appropriate insulation, heating or cooling should be selected according to the actual installation environment.
At 28±2°C, the cell is specified to retain at least 80% capacity after 2,000 cycles using 1C CC-CV charging, 1C discharging and 100% depth of discharge. A separate 3C laboratory cycle test records at least 80% capacity retention after 700 cycles under the defined test procedure.
The pressure-resistant nickel-plated steel housing can be supplied with blue PVC insulation and welded screw-terminal configurations. Screw/screw and screw/stud versions have different overall heights, while the terminal welding method can be adjusted for customer requirements. Final dimensions, polarity, terminal style and joining method should be confirmed before module production.
Custom battery pack applications: The Misen 32800 cell is suitable for evaluation in electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, low-speed vehicles, AGVs, floor-cleaning machines, electric forklifts, communication backup power, outdoor storage and industrial energy-storage systems. Misenpower supplies cells and supports custom pack integration with a matched BMS, fuse, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, cell spacing, thermal management and mechanical restraint. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be confirmed for the applicable product, shipment and finished battery pack.
