The DFD LFR60150 is a large-format lithium iron phosphate cylindrical cell with a 3.2V nominal voltage, 50Ah nominal capacity and approximately 160Wh of nominal energy. Its full-tab current-collection design and rigid 60-series metal housing support integration into high-capacity mobility and stationary-storage modules. Voltage limits, resistance, mass and cycle-life figures remain reference values pending confirmation from a manufacturer-controlled approval specification.
A 50Ah nominal capacity combined with the 3.2V nominal voltage provides approximately 160Wh of nominal energy per cell. This capacity can reduce the number of parallel cells required in suitable battery modules, simplifying busbar routing, monitoring channels and mechanical assembly compared with configurations using many smaller cylindrical cells.
The LFR60150 uses a large cylindrical format measuring approximately 60mm in diameter and 150mm in length. Market information lists an approximate mass of 950g, producing a calculated energy density near 168Wh/kg. Exact dimensions, tolerances, terminal geometry and production-cell mass must be confirmed before pack tooling and structural validation.
The full-tab current-collection structure is designed to shorten current paths and support more efficient current distribution through the electrode assembly. A reference AC internal resistance of no more than 1.0mΩ is reported, but the frequency, SOC, temperature and measurement timing are not disclosed. These conditions should be confirmed before electrical or thermal modelling.
Lithium iron phosphate chemistry provides a stable electrochemical platform for repeated cycling in mobility, industrial and stationary-storage applications. Reference listings show a 3.65V charge limit and 2.0V discharge cutoff; however, these values have not been verified against a manufacturer-controlled DFD specification and should not be used for final BMS programming without confirmation.
Public product information lists cycle life of up to 6,000 cycles, but the remaining-capacity threshold, charge rate, discharge rate, voltage window, depth of discharge, temperature and rest periods are not disclosed. The figure should therefore remain a qualified reference and must not be converted into an unconditional service-life or warranty claim.
The rigid cylindrical metal housing supports consistent mechanical restraint and repeatable modular layouts. Safe pack integration still requires validated terminal joining, vent clearance, electrical insulation, cell spacing, current interruption, temperature sensing and thermal management. Standard, continuous and pulse-current limits are not available in the reference sheet and must be confirmed before application selection.
The DFD LFR60150 may be evaluated for electric motorcycles, electric tricycles, low-speed electric vehicles, industrial equipment and stationary energy-storage systems after application-current limits are confirmed. Misenpower supplies cells and supports custom pack integration with a matched BMS, fuse protection, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, electrical insulation, cell spacing, vent clearance, mechanical support and thermal management. Availability of CE, UN38.3, RoHS, UL or related documents must be verified for the selected cell batch, shipment configuration and completed battery pack.
