Misenpower supplies the 60145-50Ah, a cylindrical rechargeable lithium-ion cell rated at 3.2V, 50Ah and 160Wh. Unlike the earlier 60140 model, this specification gives 50A for both standard charge and standard discharge, alongside two conditioned room-temperature cycle-life ratings. The cell is an unprotected component for professionally designed packs, with momentary maximum-current limits that require application-specific validation.
The 60145-50Ah is rated at 3.2V and 50Ah, with 160Wh rated energy. Delivery capacity is specified at no less than 50Ah under a 1C standard-discharge condition. These values describe the individual cell, not a completed battery pack; final pack voltage, capacity and usable energy depend on the chosen configuration and protection settings.
The initial-dimensions table specifies a diameter of 60.35 ±0.50mm and a height of 148.33 ±0.50mm including the pole columns. Weight is 920 ±15g. Pole-column dimensions and spacing are also provided for connection design, but production samples should be checked before finalizing holders, busbars, insulation and enclosure clearances.
The specification lists maximum charge current of 150A and maximum discharge current of 250A. Both are explicitly described as momentary and not suitable for cycling. Because no allowable duration is provided, neither figure should be advertised as a continuous rating or assigned a specific pulse length without supplier confirmation and thermal testing.
Standard charging uses 1C, or 50A, constant-current/constant-voltage control to 3.65V, terminating when current falls to 0.05C. Standard discharging uses 1C constant current to 2.5V. The separate 3.8V charging upper limit and 2.0V discharge cut-off are boundaries, not the stated standard operating targets.
Single-cell impedance is specified at no more than 1mΩ at 1kHz. The allowed charging range is 0°C to 50°C, while discharge is listed from -20°C to 50°C. In a separate -20°C test, 1C discharge to 2.0V achieves at least 80% capacity retention; that result does not establish an unrestricted low-temperature current rating.
At room temperature, the datasheet specifies at least 3,000 cycles to 80% initial capacity with 0.5C charging and discharging to 2.5V. Under 1C charging and discharging to the same endpoint and retention threshold, it specifies at least 2,000 cycles. These are test-condition ratings rather than guaranteed life under every pack duty cycle.
Custom battery pack applications: Possible uses include industrial backup power, equipment batteries and engineered energy-storage packs. Misenpower supplies cells and supports custom pack integration with a compatible BMS, fuses, cell-level voltage and temperature sensing, spot-welded tabs and engineered interconnects, insulation, spacing, thermal management and mechanical restraint. Direct soldering to the cell is prohibited by the specification. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation may be available for the applicable product and shipment; confirm availability and scope before making a compliance claim.
