The PLITR60165CSTA-40Ah-2.4V is a rechargeable lithium titanate cell specified by Shenzhen Zhonghuajia Technology Co., Ltd. It combines 40 Ah nominal capacity, 96 Wh nominal energy and manufacturer-listed 8C maximum continuous discharge in a large cylindrical format with threaded terminals. Its charge, discharge and cycle-life figures are defined by particular test methods. MisenBattery supplies this third-party cell and supports professionally engineered packs; it does not manufacture the Zhonghuajia-branded cell.
The manufacturer specifies a nominal capacity of 40 Ah and nominal voltage of 2.4 V. Its capacity definition uses a 40 A, one-hour-rate discharge to 1.5 V at 25 ± 3°C. Nominal energy is stated as 96 Wh per cell. These values describe the cell under defined conditions; usable pack energy depends on operating voltage limits, temperature, load and series-parallel configuration.
The manufacturer drawing distinguishes a 165.6 ± 0.5 mm body length from the 193.6 ± 0.5 mm overall length that includes terminal projections. It gives diameter measurements of 60.0 ± 0.2 mm and 60.4 ± 0.4 mm at designated locations. M12 × 1.75 threaded terminals support a mechanically planned connection layout; pack design must accommodate terminal clearance, insulation and the specified cell weight.
Standard charge and discharge currents are both 1C, equivalent to 40 A. The specification separately lists up to 4C (160 A) maximum continuous charge and 8C (320 A) maximum continuous discharge. Its 8C rate-performance test reports at least 90% of nominal discharge capacity to 1.5 V. These cell figures require validation of busbars, contacts, protection and temperature rise in a finished pack.
Under the standard 25 ± 3°C method, the cell charges at 40 A constant current to 2.8 V, then holds 2.8 V until current falls to 2 A. Standard discharge is 40 A to 1.5 V. An LTO-compatible charger and pack controller should enforce the applicable limits; a charge profile intended for another lithium-ion chemistry is not automatically suitable.
The stated operating ranges are −40°C to +60°C for charging and −50°C to +60°C for discharging. In a separate −40°C performance test, the cell delivers at least 80% of nominal capacity at 40 A after a 24-hour temperature soak; that test discharges to 1.2 V rather than the standard 1.5 V. Low-temperature pack performance therefore needs validation at the selected voltage cut-off and load.
The manufacturer reports at least 80% of nominal discharge capacity after 10,000 cycles using its standard 40 A charge and discharge methods. The procedure specifies an interval of at least 30 minutes between charging and discharging. This is a cell-level test result, not a guaranteed service life for every application. Pack temperature, current profile and operating window should be evaluated for the intended duty cycle.
Custom battery pack applications: For appropriately evaluated high-power or cold-temperature systems, MisenBattery supplies Zhonghuajia LTO cells and supports custom pack integration. Specify an LTO-compatible BMS, fusing, voltage and temperature sensing, insulated spacing, thermal management and correctly rated bolted busbars for the threaded terminals. Do not solder directly to the cell. Request documentation for the applicable product and shipment; this listing does not imply an unidentified certification.
