The 4695P, identified as G13 in the supplied file, is a large-format 46950 power cylindrical lithium-ion cell rated at 3.65V, 27.4Ah and 100Wh. It combines high single-cell energy with defined short-duration discharge capability, low initial resistance and a documented 1,000-cycle retention target. Its terminal design and detailed operating limits support professionally engineered mobility, industrial and energy-storage battery assemblies.
A rated capacity of 27.4Ah and rated energy of 100Wh are specified at 25 ± 2°C using a 1/3C discharge from 4.2V to 2.8V. This high single-cell energy can reduce parallel-cell count in suitable pack architectures while maintaining a manageable cylindrical format for modular assembly and service planning.
The insulated cell measures 46.16 ± 0.25mm in diameter and 96.50 ± 0.35mm in total height, including the terminal. Weight is 415 ± 10g, and the terminal diameter is 18.50 ± 0.20mm. These controlled dimensions help mechanical designers define holders, busbars, clearances and enclosure geometry before production tooling.
The specification lists 5C discharge for 10 seconds at above 50% to 100% SOC, with maximum discharge reduced to 2.5C from above 20% to 50% SOC and 1.2C from 0% to 20% SOC. These SOC-dependent limits must be implemented in the BMS rather than treated as one unrestricted current rating.
Standard charging uses 1/3C constant current to 4.2V, followed by constant-voltage charging until current falls to 1/50C. Maximum continuous charging is specified as 1C within the stated SOC range. Charging current, voltage and temperature limits should be dynamically managed to protect cycle life and prevent operation outside the cell specification.
Initial AC resistance is specified at no more than 2.0mΩ at 1kHz in shipment SOC condition, while initial DC resistance is no more than 3.5mΩ at 25°C, 50% SOC and a 2C, 10-second test. Discharge capacity retention is specified at at least 80% at −20°C and at least 90% at 55°C under the defined 1C tests.
Cycle testing at 25°C uses 0.5C charge and 0.5C discharge between 3.0V and 4.2V. After 1,000 cycles, the specified state of health is at least 80%. Actual pack life will vary with temperature, SOC window, current profile, thermal management, cell matching and storage conditions, so the published value should be treated as a controlled-test target.
Custom battery pack applications: Suitable engineered uses may include electric two- and three-wheelers, industrial mobility equipment, robotics, backup-power modules and energy-storage systems. Misenpower supplies battery cells and supports custom pack integration, including BMS programming, fuses, welded busbars, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, cell spacing, mechanical retention and thermal management. The specification includes safety tests referencing GB 31241-2022 and UN38.3; applicable CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation must be confirmed for the selected cell batch, shipment and finished battery pack.
