BAK specifies 6500mAh typical capacity and 6350mAh rated minimum capacity under standard testing at 25°C. At 3.5V nominal voltage, the specified energies are 22.75Wh typical and 22.23Wh rated. Delivered pack energy depends on operating conditions and pack design.
The rechargeable sleeved cell has a maximum diameter of 21.7mm and maximum height of 71.0mm, with a weight of no more than 75g. These mechanical limits help engineers plan holders, enclosure clearances, interconnects and thermal paths.
The manufacturer lists a maximum charging current of 12.70A and maximum discharging current of 19.05A. Standard charging uses 3.175A CC/CV to 4.20V, and standard discharging uses 1.270A to 2.50V. Current limits must be checked against the actual temperature and duty cycle.
At 25 ± 2°C in the defined rate-discharge test, capacity at 2C is at least 95% of the 1C reference, while capacity at 3C is at least 90%. These are relative test results, not a promise of identical performance in every pack or temperature.
Under the 25 ± 2°C test using 0.5C charging, 1C discharging to 2.50V and 10-minute rests, the 501st-cycle discharge capacity is at least 80% of the original. The specified ambient operating ranges are 0 to 45°C for charging and −20 to 60°C for discharging, subject to BAK’s current/voltage strategy.
The cell sleeve marking identifies the model, manufacturer, nominal voltage, rated capacity and energy, along with grade and production identification. MisenBattery can supply cells for qualified custom pack projects, where matched cells, protective electronics, insulation and validated assembly methods are specified.
Potential applications include portable power units, industrial instruments and purpose-engineered mobility battery packs. Suitability is not automatic: a qualified designer must verify battery management, overcharge/overdischarge protection, short-circuit protection, fusing, temperature sensing, cell matching, welded interconnects, mechanical retention, insulation, charging control and pack-level tests. Do not solder directly to the cell. Certificates such as UN38.3, IEC, UL, CE or RoHS are not claimed here; request documents covering the exact product and shipping scope.
Is the 6500mAh figure a minimum? No. BAK lists 6500mAh as typical and 6350mAh as the rated minimum under its standard 25°C test.
Can the cell be used at 19.05A continuously? The datasheet gives 19.05A as its maximum discharging current but does not establish an unrestricted continuous-duty rating across all temperatures. Confirm the applicable profile with BAK.
Does the specification establish UL or UN38.3 certification? No. Referenced safety-test standards do not substitute for a product certificate or transport test report.
