The EVE INR18650/25P is a 3.6V, 2500mAh rechargeable cylindrical lithium-ion cell engineered for high-current battery-pack applications. Its 30A maximum continuous discharge rating, 6A rapid-charge capability and compact 18650 construction make it suitable for professionally designed power-tool, robotics, cleaning-equipment and portable-power battery packs. The cell is supplied as an unprotected component and must be integrated with appropriate pack-level protection.
The cell provides 2500mAh nominal capacity and 2450mAh minimum capacity when charged at 1.25A and discharged at 0.5A to the specified 2.50V cut-off. At its 3.60V nominal voltage, this equals approximately 9.0Wh of nominal single-cell energy for compact, high-output battery-pack designs.
With-sleeve dimensions of Ø18.35 ± 0.10mm by 65.00 ± 0.15mm and a maximum weight of 48.0g support space-efficient cylindrical pack layouts. The initial internal AC impedance is specified at no more than 18mΩ when measured at 1kHz and shipping SOC, supporting effective high-current performance.
EVE specifies a maximum continuous discharge current of 30A down to a 2.50V cut-off, with a recommended cell-temperature cut-off of 75°C and an absolute maximum of 80°C. The datasheet also records at least 95% relative capacity at a 20A discharge rate under its stated test conditions.
The standard charging method uses a 1.25A CCCV profile with a 4.20V constant-voltage stage and 100mA termination current. For faster charging, the manufacturer specifies a 6A CCCV method at 25 ± 2°C using the same voltage and termination limits. Accurate charger control and cell-temperature monitoring remain essential.
The specified ambient operating range is 0°C to 45°C during charging and -20°C to 60°C during discharge. In the manufacturer’s 10A temperature test, the cell retained at least 60% relative capacity at -20°C, at least 80% at 0°C and at least 90% at 60°C.
Under the datasheet’s demanding cycle test, the cell retained at least 60% of its first-cycle capacity after 300 cycles. The test used a 4A charge and 20A discharge to 2.50V or 75°C, with 10 minutes of rest after charging and 30 minutes after discharging.
Custom battery pack applications: MisenBattery supplies EVE INR18650/25P cells and supports custom pack integration for power tools, robotics, commercial cleaning equipment, portable power systems and other high-current applications. Every pack should incorporate a compatible BMS, fuse, cell-voltage and temperature sensing, welded interconnects, terminal insulation, more than 1mm recommended cell spacing, and suitable thermal and mechanical protection. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided subject to the applicable product, pack and shipment scope.
