The EVE INR18650/35V is a high-capacity rechargeable lithium-ion cell combining 3500mAh typical capacity with a 10.2A maximum continuous discharge rating. Its compact 18650 format, documented temperature performance and 1000-cycle test result support professionally engineered battery packs for portable equipment, commercial electronics, robotics, lighting and backup-power applications. The cell is supplied as an unprotected component rather than a finished battery.
The cell provides 3500mAh typical capacity and 3400mAh minimum capacity when charged and discharged at 0.68A under the specified conditions. Combined with its 3.60V typical voltage, this equals approximately 12.60Wh of typical single-cell energy for compact rechargeable battery-pack configurations.
With-sleeve dimensions of Ø18.35 ± 0.10mm by 65.00 ± 0.15mm and a maximum weight of 50.0g enable space-efficient cylindrical pack layouts. Initial AC internal impedance is specified at no more than 30mΩ when measured at 1kHz and shipping SOC.
EVE specifies a maximum continuous discharge current of 10.2A down to a 2.50V cut-off. In the manufacturer’s 3C discharge-rate test, the cell retained at least 90% relative capacity at 10.2A compared with the reference discharge capacity measured under the stated conditions.
Standard charging uses a 0.68A CCCV profile with a 4.20V constant-voltage stage and 68mA termination current. EVE also specifies a 1.5A rapid-charge method at 25°C using the same voltage and termination limits. Pack chargers must control cell voltage, current and temperature accurately.
Discharge operation is specified from -20°C to 60°C with a 70°C pack cut-off temperature. In the manufacturer’s 0.68A temperature test, the cell retained at least 70% relative capacity at -20°C and at least 90% at 55°C after three hours at the test temperature.
The cell delivered at least 2380mAh after 1000 cycles, equal to 70% of its 3400mAh minimum capacity. Testing used a 1.7A charge to 4.10V, a 3.4A discharge to 3.00V, ten minutes of rest after charging and thirty minutes after discharging.
Custom battery pack applications: MisenBattery supplies EVE INR18650/35V cells and supports custom pack integration for portable equipment, commercial cleaning devices, robotics, lighting systems, instrumentation and backup-power products. Each pack should include a compatible BMS, fuse, cell-voltage and temperature sensing, welded interconnects, terminal insulation, more than 1mm recommended cell spacing, and appropriate thermal and mechanical protection. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided subject to the applicable cell, pack and shipment scope.
