The EVE INR18650/33V is a rechargeable cylindrical lithium-ion cell combining 3200mAh typical capacity with a 10A maximum continuous discharge rating. Its compact 18650 format, documented low-temperature performance and 1000-cycle test result support professionally engineered battery packs for portable equipment, commercial electronics, robotics, lighting and backup-power applications. The cell is supplied as an unprotected component rather than a finished battery.
The cell provides 3200mAh typical capacity and 3100mAh minimum capacity when discharged at 620mA to the specified 2.50V cut-off. Combined with its 3.60V typical voltage, the cell delivers approximately 11.52Wh of typical nominal energy for compact rechargeable battery-pack configurations.
With-sleeve dimensions of Ø18.35 ± 0.10mm by 65.00 ± 0.15mm and a weight of 44.5 ± 2.0g enable efficient cylindrical pack layouts. The initial AC internal impedance is specified at no more than 30mΩ when measured at 1kHz and shipping SOC.
EVE specifies a maximum continuous discharge current of 10A down to a 2.50V cut-off. In the discharge-rate test, the cell retained at least 90% relative capacity at both 3100mA and 9300mA compared with its 620mA reference discharge capacity under the stated laboratory conditions.
The specification summary lists standard CCCV charging at 1550mA to 4.20 ± 0.05V with a 62mA termination current. A 3100mA rapid-charge method is also specified at 25°C, but it is explicitly marked as not intended for cycle-life operation. Charger accuracy and temperature monitoring are required.
Discharge operation is specified from -20°C to 60°C with a 70°C pack cut-off temperature. In the manufacturer’s 620mA temperature test, the cell retained at least 70% relative capacity at -20°C and at least 90% at 55°C after four hours at the test temperature.
The cell delivered at least 2170mAh after 1000 cycles, equivalent to 70% of the specified 3100mAh minimum capacity. Testing used a 930mA charge to 4.20V, a 3100mA discharge to 3.00V, ten minutes of rest after charging and thirty minutes after discharging.
Custom battery pack applications: MisenBattery supplies EVE INR18650/33V cells and supports custom pack integration for portable power equipment, commercial cleaning devices, robotics, lighting systems, instrumentation and backup-power products. Each pack should include a compatible BMS, fuse, cell-voltage and temperature sensing, welded interconnects, terminal insulation, more than 1mm recommended cell spacing, and appropriate thermal and mechanical protection. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided subject to the applicable cell, pack and shipment scope.
