The EVE ICR18650/26V is a 3.6V, 2550mAh rechargeable cylindrical lithium-ion cell developed for professionally engineered mobility and portable-equipment battery packs. It combines a 7.5A maximum continuous discharge rating, 1.25A recommended fast charging and an 800-cycle test result with at least 80% capacity retention. The cell is supplied as an unprotected component and requires pack-level protection and controlled integration.
The cell provides 2550mAh nominal capacity under standard charge and discharge conditions. EVE specifies a minimum of 2450mAh when discharged at 0.5C and 2500mAh when discharged at 0.2C. At 3.60V, its approximate nominal single-cell energy is 9.18Wh.
With-sleeve dimensions of Ø18.30 ± 0.15mm by 65.00 ± 0.15mm and a weight of 45.0 ± 2.0g support compact multi-cell pack layouts. Initial AC resistance is specified at no more than 32mΩ when measured at 1kHz and 30-40% state of charge.
EVE specifies a maximum continuous discharge current of 7500mA. In the manufacturer’s discharge-rate test, the cell retained at least 85% relative capacity at 7.5A compared with its capacity at a 2.5A reference discharge current under the stated test conditions.
Standard charging uses a 500mA CCCV profile to 4.20V with a 50mA termination current. The specified fast-charge current is 1250mA, which is also the recommended maximum in the usage instructions. Charging current must be reduced to 500mA or less between 0°C and 15°C.
The specified discharge range is -20°C to 60°C. In the manufacturer’s 500mA temperature test, the cell retained at least 70% relative capacity at -20°C and at least 90% at 50°C after four hours of temperature conditioning following standard charging.
The cell retained at least 80% of its initial capacity after 800 cycles. The test used a 1250mA charge to 4.15V with a 50mA cut-off and a 2500mA discharge to 3.00V at an ambient temperature of 25 ± 2°C.
Custom battery pack applications: MisenBattery supplies EVE ICR18650/26V cells and supports custom pack integration for mobility equipment, portable power products, robotics, commercial devices and backup-power systems. Each pack should incorporate a compatible BMS, fuse, cell-voltage and temperature sensing, welded interconnects, terminal insulation, suitable cell spacing, and appropriate thermal and mechanical protection. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided subject to the applicable cell, pack and shipment scope.
