Designed for high-energy 21700 battery systems, the FEB 21700-62E combines 6000mAh rated capacity with 21.6Wh nominal energy in a cylindrical format. Its temperature-dependent current map supports up to 12A continuous discharge when cell-surface temperature is 0–35°C, while the standard 4.2V CC-CV charging profile supports practical pack engineering. MisenBattery supplies FEB cells and supports matched-cell sourcing, evaluation and custom battery-pack integration.
The 21700-62E provides 6000mAh nominal and minimum capacity under the manufacturer’s specified receiving test. Its 3.6V nominal voltage produces 21.6Wh per cell, helping designers reduce cell count in energy-focused packs while maintaining a familiar 21700 mechanical envelope.
Measuring approximately 21.65mm in diameter and 70.95mm in height, the cylindrical cell weighs no more than 75g. The format suits modular battery layouts where volumetric efficiency, standardized holders, repeatable welded connections and predictable mechanical support are important design considerations.
The specified maximum continuous-discharge current reaches 12A when cell-surface temperature remains between 0°C and 35°C. Current must be reduced outside that range: 6A from −20°C to 0°C and 35°C to 45°C, then 3A from 45°C to 70°C. Pack controls must enforce these limits.
Standard charging uses 3A constant current followed by constant voltage at 4.20V, ending when current falls to 120mA. The maximum continuous charge reaches 4.2A only at 15–45°C cell-surface temperature, with lower limits required at colder or hotter conditions to protect safety and service life.
AC internal resistance is specified at no more than 19mΩ at 1kHz. The cell retains at least 90% of reference capacity in the manufacturer’s 2C rate test and at least 70% in its −20°C qualification test, supporting engineered systems that require a balance between energy and moderate power.
Under the documented room-temperature cycle test, capacity at cycle 500 remains at least 70% of first-cycle capacity. Pack builders should combine cells from the same grade, batch and state of charge, targeting no more than 20mV voltage difference and 6mΩ resistance difference during matching.
Custom battery pack applications: Suitable pack-level uses may include light electric mobility, portable power equipment, energy-storage modules, backup systems and other high-energy battery products after engineering validation. MisenBattery supplies cells and supports custom pack integration with an appropriate BMS, series fuse, welded interconnects, temperature sensing, electrical insulation, cell spacing, mechanical restraint and thermal design. Applicable CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided when available for the selected cell or finished-pack configuration; the supplied source lists no certificate numbers. Because the manufacturer specification is marked “FEB Confidential,” public-release authorization should be confirmed before publication.
