The 32700 is a 3.2V 6000mAh rechargeable cylindrical lithium-ion cell for professional battery-pack integration. It delivers 19.2Wh of nominal energy, supports discharge rates up to 3C under specified room-temperature conditions and features AC impedance of no more than 7mΩ. Its defined temperature range and 2000-cycle test performance support scalable industrial, mobility, backup-power and energy-storage applications.
The 32700 provides a nominal voltage of 3.2V and a rated capacity of 6000mAh when discharged at 1C. Its 19.2Wh nominal energy enables scalable series-parallel configurations for battery systems requiring increased operating voltage, capacity or total stored energy.
The PET-sleeved cell measures 32.4 ±0.2mm in diameter and 70.5 ±0.3mm in height, with a specified weight of 140 ±5g. The dimensional drawing and appearance section also identify a dark blue sleeve, helping pack engineers plan holders, spacing, insulation and enclosure clearances.
Maximum discharge is specified as 3C, equivalent to 18A at 25 ±3°C. The rate-capacity test reports 97% of initial capacity at 1C, 95% at 2C and 90% at 3C. Continuous application current should remain below 3C and within the limits of the complete pack design.
Standard charging uses 0.5C constant current to 3.65V, followed by constant-voltage charging until current decreases to 0.02C. The cell then rests for ten minutes. The normal maximum charging current is specified as 1C, equivalent to 6A based on the rated capacity.
AC impedance is specified at no more than 7mΩ using a 1kHz measurement method. Charging is permitted from 0°C to 45°C and discharging from -20°C to 60°C. Under defined tests, the cell retains at least 70% capacity at -10°C and at least 98% at 55°C.
The cell is specified to retain at least 80% discharge capacity after 2000 cycles using a 0.5C charge and 1C discharge procedure. Actual service life depends on operating temperature, current, depth of discharge, charging control, cell consistency, thermal management and the balancing strategy used in the completed battery pack.
Custom battery pack applications: The 32700 cell may be considered for industrial equipment, backup power, mobility systems, tools and energy-storage battery packs operating within its verified limits. MisenBattery supplies cells and supports custom pack integration, including cell matching, compatible BMS selection, fusing, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, spacing, enclosure design and thermal management. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided where applicable to the selected product and shipment; availability and scope should be confirmed before ordering.
