The 32700-6000mAh is a 3.2V rechargeable LiFePO4 cylindrical cell designed for battery-pack integration. It combines approximately 19.2Wh of nominal energy with up to 3C charge and discharge capability, low AC impedance and specified operation from -20°C to 60°C during discharge. Its stable phosphate chemistry and defined cycle-life performance make it suitable for professionally engineered power, mobility and energy-storage assemblies.
The cell provides a nominal voltage of 3.2V and 6000mAh capacity when tested at 27°C with a 1C discharge to 2.0V. Its lithium iron phosphate chemistry supports the flat operating-voltage profile required by many industrial battery systems while giving pack designers a clearly defined charging limit and discharge cut-off.
Each cylindrical cell stores approximately 19.2Wh based on its 3.2V nominal voltage and 6Ah capacity. The 32700 format enables scalable series-parallel pack configurations for projects requiring increased voltage, capacity or energy, subject to correct cell matching, mechanical spacing, electrical protection and thermal design.
The specification supports maximum 3C charge and discharge, equivalent to 18A when calculated from the 6Ah nominal capacity. A separate 5C value applies only to a 10ms instantaneous event with a 30-minute interval. Pack-current ratings must also account for cell temperature, matching, busbars, wiring, connectors and BMS limits.
Standard charging uses a 1C constant current to 3.65V, followed by constant-voltage charging until current falls to 0.01C. The procedure is specified at 25 ±2°C with a total charging time of no more than three hours, providing pack engineers with a clear basis for charger and BMS configuration.
AC impedance is specified at no more than 8mΩ when measured at 1kHz. The recommended discharge-temperature range is -20°C to 60°C, with the datasheet reporting at least 50% of reference capacity at -20°C and at least 98% at 60°C under its defined 1C temperature-performance test.
The cell is specified to retain at least 80% of its initial capacity after 2000 cycles at 25 ±2°C. This result is based on 1C charging to 3.65V and 1C discharging to 2.0V with a 30-minute interval. Actual pack life depends on temperature, depth of discharge, current and balancing strategy.
Custom battery pack applications: This 32700 LiFePO4 cell may be considered for energy-storage systems, backup power, industrial equipment, mobility platforms and other professionally engineered battery packs. MisenBattery supplies cylindrical cells and supports custom pack integration, including cell matching, compatible BMS selection, fusing, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, cell spacing, enclosure design and thermal management. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided where applicable to the selected product and shipment; availability and scope should be confirmed before ordering.
